humidity is not proportional to anything except evaporation.if humidity is more evaporation will be less.as temperature is proportional to evaporation(more Temperature more evaporation).but during humidity it's not temperature rise it's the light which gets reflected and reflected and finally absorbed by the body as total internal energy increases due to complete absorption as a result we feel hotness.. because of water vapours present in air..so temperature is not related with humidity but with evaporation.and rainfall happens when humidity reaches at the peak
