How is illiteracy responsible for poverty in india?

Causes of poverty in India are :-

BASIC CAUSES 

1. illiteracy :- because if a person didn't have knowledge nobody will offer a  job to him/her. So if a person is well qualified so he/she gets a job very easily and earn for his/her family but if someone is not well qualified weak in study nobody will offer a job to them at last he/she is unemployed and can't earn for his/her family this was the one of the major cause of poverty in India.

2. Unemployment :- Unemployment is ine of the big cause of poverty because a person who is unemployed they have no source to earn money.

SOME OTHER CAUSES 

1. Increase of crime.

2. child labor because in the age of study children do works so it's obvious that he will illiterate and have no job to do.
