Main and obvious differences:

A. Has many different languages, cultures etc...
B. World's largest democracy and the most secular country
C. Culturally very rich (culture is about 2000 yrs old, I think...)
D. It is a peace loving country, (never attacked any country in its history)

India is different because it has diversity.
It is not a landlocked country and has ocean named after it.
It has great physical diversity like deserts,mountains,river etc.

kunjavava: india is different from asia is by the population and most tourist people come to visit .it is known as the peaceful country.though asia is the largest country but the most amount live in india more than asia
