1. Extrusive rocks are formed when the solidification of lava takes place on the surface of the Earth.
2.Intrusive rocks are formed when the magma without reaching Earth's surface cools and solidifies below the Earth's surface.

Hi friend,
_____________________________

-» Extrusive igneous rocks are formed at the crust's surface as a result of the partial melting of rocks within the mantle and crust.

They are formed by the cooling of molten magma on the earth's surface.
______________________________

-» Intrusive igneous rock formed from magma forced into older rocks at depths within the Earth's crust, which then slowly solidifies below the Earth's surface.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU:-))
