How is investment in human resources is similar to any other type of investment

Human resource is the primary asset for every country because all types of industries and businesses require them for their operation.

Without investing in human resources, it is not possible to develop proper skills and build the proper knowledge required to run a business successfully.

This is the reason why investment in human resources is treated equally rather in some cases more important than investment in other types of resources.
