1.Ticket Sales(online and offline)
2.Sponsorships
3.Merchandising Rights
4.Internet and Television Rights
5.Ground advertisements and various other innovative advertising techniques.
6.Cellular service providers VAS

Therefore It is really a huge Money earner Show...
Also...Indian economy is not benefited mostly by this. Because tax evasion is more from most of these sources. They wont pay as much as they earned.
But BCCI, sponsors, Services and related team owners are the best earners...

IPL Provides Temporary/Permanent Employment opportunities as when the IPL is organized we need a large quantity of staff... Therefore there will be less chances of unemployment so that a Man can earn by his own Hard-working...!

The marketing agencies will earn more revenue...
