If we are fit then we need not suffer from any disease. Always remember HEALTH IS WEALTH. We can be fit by eating a balanced diet and doing yoga daily

keeping fir our body is too good for our body ..we can do exercises for maintaining our body fit and fine and can eat fresh fruits and healthy vegetables. also we can regular drink walk , jogging and can drink lots of water and green tea
