How is literacy a very imp quality of a population and low levels of literacy an obstacle???????....

if a country will have literate people, it's population density will not be too much, and country having a large fraction of literate people will not be overcrowded. low levels of literacy is an obstacle because an area with less literate people is difficult to develop.....please mark it branliest if possible please please please it would be great help
