How is magnesium chloride formed by the transfer of electron? why does the solution of magnesium chloride conduct electricity?​

Solution of magnesium chloride conducts electricity because it's ions are no more held together tightly by electrostatic force of attraction, rather they are free...so they conduct electricity.
