Hello buddy..

Maharashtra - the most developed state of India. It stands first in almost all the parameters of development and facilities.

It’s the manufacturing hub of India having presence of almost every big Indian as well as International giant in India. Since long time it tops in Automobile, Pharma, Electricity(Though in between some 4–5 years were not good but recovered again to rank 1) , The state who built India’s first expressway, the state who built India’s first road sea link, the state where IT revolution started. The state which gave birth to Infosys, TCS, Tata Motors, Videocon, Bajaj, Persistent etc. The state which runs on the view of the great Shivaji, the state which started the first ever social reforms by reformists like Lokmanya Tilak, Maharshi Karve. The land of unbeatable and Attack winning Peshwas. The land of Saints since thousands of years. The land which has so many North Indian attacks but still maintains its South Indian traditions and values. The only state in India which has 2 Metros. One of the two states in India which has constitutionally two capitals(the other being J And K). The only state which was capable of removing Mughals out of the country. How much should I count?

Maharashtra is the the place in India which has the 2nd highest mountains after Himalays, it has a big sea cost also. Though it’s 2nd by geographical area(Rajasthan is 1st) but our whole region is occupied by Human Population(whereas almost 60% Rajasthan is desert).

Since long time, Maharashtra has accepted and respected all the communities not just in India but across the world. This state had Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists, this state accepted Muslims, this state accepted Christianity too. Along with that this state has significant number of Persians(which are extremely minority of India) and also Jews. And they have mixed in this soil in such a way that they were never been others.

The state speaks Marathi which is official language of the state but it has good percentage of Gujarathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi populations. Marathi itself has many dialects in Maharashtra. Those are Agri spoken in North Kokan, Kokani and Malvani in South Kokan(Talkokan), Soft Tone Marathi in Nashik, Pune and Ahmednagar districts of Western Maharashtra while Hard tone or Deshi Marathi in Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur and parts of Solapur district. Solapur also speaks Kannada but it’s so attached to Maharashtra that it never demanded to go into Karnataka. Alonwith this there is Ahirani in Khandesh, Varhadi in Vidarbha, Deccani Marathi or Dhadi in Marathwada.

Hope it helps you buddy..
