on charging mass of a body changes if we charge a body then it's mass increases.

but charge don't have any effect on mass.

in microscopic level body loses or gains weight depends on losing or gaining of electrons.

if u talk about microscopic level then if the body acquired positive charge then body will lose its mass because electron is removed, and if negative charge then mass will increase as electron is added
