Answers
hey mate!!
your answer is here
Matter is classified into three different phases:
1.Solid
Arrangement of solids: Molecules are tightly packed.
No intermolecular or intermolecular space because they are tightly packed.
Solids have a rigid shape, size and volume.
need of large force to break down solid.
Ex-Ice
2.Liquid
Arrangement of liquid: molecules are : Molecules are loosely packed than solid.
take the shape of the container in which it is kept.
liquids are fluid. They have the ability to flow.
They have no fixed shape but a fixed volume.
Ex-Water
3.Gas
Arrangement of liquid: Molecules are free to move anywhere.
very large intermolecular or interamolecular space is present.
Gases must be compressed by applying pressure.
Very little force required to break gases.
They have no fixed shape, size and volume.
