mirrors are similar to human beings because of the fact that it shows the physical appearance only. When an apple is placed before the mirror, the mirror reflects back the image of the apple. Mirror only shows its physical appearance but not its taste . Mirror is similar to human in the case that when we see a person for the first time we only get to know about the physical appearance of that person. But people can know more about the mental appearance of that new one, if he gets a chance to see him for a long time. But this isnt possible in case of mirrors. Even when we keep the apple before the mirror for a very long time, the mirror wont get the taste of the apple.
