as per your study

avagadro constant is defined as the total no of atoms or molecules in One mole of a substance

also mole is defined as the ratio of given mass to the molar mass or atomic masses

here we have sodium sulphate so

total \: no \: of \: molecules \: of \: sodium \: sulphate \: in \: on \: moe \\  \\  = avagdro \: constant \:  \\  = 6.023 \times  {10}^{23}

since one molecule contains two sodium ions

so. total no of sodium ions in

one mole of sodium sulphate.

=

2 \times 6.023 \times  {10}^{23} \\  = 1.2046 \times  {10}^{24}  ions
