How is Newton's third law of motion applicable to gravitation?

1kg of lead and the earth attract each with equal forces, then why is the motion of the earth not noticeable?
( Mass of the earth = 6 x 10^24 kg) ​

Motion of earth is not noticed because of such a great mass of earth with respect to 1kg body
