How is NO formed when N's valency is 3 and O's valency is 2?

Answer:N and O makes double covalent bond then O valency is completed but N needs one more electron so there make a co ordinate bond in this type of bond one element behave like donor and one behave like acceptor

In this O is the donor and N is the acceptor O gives N a electron but this electron also revolve in the shell of O after the bond makes just because Nitrogen has more electronetivity than O that is why N has negative charge and o has positive charge
