Answer:

The two main gases exchanged are oxygen and carbon-dioxide. Oxygen is absorbed by the blood capillaries from the lungs alveoli by diffusion while carbon-dioxide is absorbed by the lungs alveoli from blood capillaries by diffusion. Oxygen is transported from lungs to the body cells in the form of oxy-hemoglobin.

The O2 (oxygen) is transported in all parts of human body through the blood and CO2 (carbon dioxide) is also removed out through the blood.

Our lungs exchange gasses of our body and from lungs only the gasses are absorbed into blood and than transported to each and every cell simultaneously cells give out carbon dioxide which blood absorb and take to lungs where carbon dioxide is released (given out) and again blood absorb oxygen.

These cycle continues and named as respiration.
