Oxygen is taken inside and carbon dioxide is given out in our body by the process named as respiration.

Respiration is performed by the organ called lungs, lungs take oxygen from surrounding and oxidized our blood and gives our carbon dioxide.

These carbon dioxide is produced when oxygen get reacted with the carbon present inside our body.

After all the process of oxidized of blood the blood is transported to all parts of our body by the heart and these process is called as respiration as will as circulation.
