How is oxygen and carbon dioxide transported in human beings?

oxygen is transported in human beings in the following :-
1.from the nostrils to the lungs.
2.then from lungs through blood to heart.
3.from heart it is mixed to blood as in blood RBCs cells are present which have heamoglobin and have the capability to carry oxygen.
CARBON-DIOXIDE
is transported in the following :-
1.from the veins(present in the heart)
2.passes through lungs and is released out fom nostrills.
carbon is transported from foods maked by Green plants

In human beings, a pigment hemoglobin is present in RBC which has high affinity for oxygen. RBC takes up the oxygen from the air in the lungs and carry it to tissues which are deficient in oxygen. Some oxygen is carried in dissolved state in blood plasma. Carbon dioxide is more soluble in water than oxygen is mostly transported in the dissolved form in our blood.
