Oxygen transport and exchange provide the necessary oxygen to the body. This process is called respiration. Air is breathed in through the mouth and nose and after various processes it enters the blood through diffusion.

Our body is an aerobic body. so we need oxygen for survival. oxygen is transported from lungs to the all the parts of the body by the Red blood cells in the blood.
