Through blood.

EXPLANATION :

Inside the lungs , small air sacs namely alveoli Are present which are Richy supplied with blood cappilaries.

These alveoli sends the oxygen to blood cappilaries.

Then a respiratory pigment called Haemoglobin which has higher affinity towards oxygen carry the oxygen to different parts of the body.
