Oxygen in blood stream is transported in the form oxihaemoglobin which is said when Oxygen binds with haemoglobin in RBCs.

Talking about carbon dioxide, it is transported in the form of carboxyhaemoglobin, and carbonic acid ( H2CO3 i.e, when CO2 mixes with H2O )
