Ozone has a molecular formula O3.
It is formed when monotonic oxygen encounters an oxygen molecule, or when N2O5 decay. Monotomic oxygen is formed when UV light of 215nm or shoter , or an energetic electron , dissociates an oxygen molecule. These oxygen atoms are called free radicals (I.e) they have atleast one unpaired electron.
The release of CFC gases causes ozone layer depletion.
It cause skin cancer In humans.
