HEY MATE
when the oxygen molecules loose their bonding when the sun radiation passes through them and breaks them into a single molecule . Now that single molecule combine with other molecule and forms ozone.

The ozone layer is a region of the Earth's atmosphere that contains a high concentration of ozone gas. Ozone is formed when ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun breaks down oxygen molecules (O₂) into individual oxygen atoms. These atoms can then react with other oxygen molecules to form ozone (O₃). The process of ozone formation is called the ozone-oxygen cycle.

The ozone-oxygen cycle occurs in the stratosphere, a layer of the Earth's atmosphere that extends from about 10 to 50 kilometres (6 to 30 miles) above the Earth's surface. In the stratosphere, UV light from the sun breaks down oxygen molecules, creating oxygen atoms. These atoms then react with other oxygen molecules to form ozone. The ozone absorbs the UV light, protecting the Earth's surface from harmful UV radiation.
