ozone is formed naturally by chemical reaction involving solar ultraviolet radiation and oxygen molecules which make up 21% of the atmosphere.

The ozone layer or stratosphere contain meteors which can enter our earth easily in absence of ozone layer it itself made with dust particles of meteors (present in stratosphere). so ozone layer is located in stratosphere.......
