How is petroleum better than coal?

1. You can't run vehicles on coal. 
2. Comparatively emmision is less
3. Burning efficiency is more
4. Negligible residue formation (If gas then no residues)
5. More calorific value
6. Less environmental footprints during extraction
7. Petroleum gives you more than a lakh+ refined byproducts which coal can't
and many more. There are hundreds of reason. want me explain?

petroleum helps to run the vehicles... a here as coal cannot ...
Petroleum gives lakhs of refined products whereas the coal cannot...
Less emmision compared to coal
