Physical education talks about student development through physical knowledge and proficiency ; and their ability to use these to perform in a wide array of activities associated with the development of a healthy lifestyle.

It helps enhance the confidence and generic skills, especially those of alliance, communication, creativity, critical thinking etc.

On the other hand academic classroom based education focuses on the academic learning of the student, where the main focus of the teacher lies in teaching the child bookish knowledge.
