Plutonic Rock : Plutonic rocks are a kind of igneous rocks, formed by solidification of molten rock material or magma below the Earth's surface or underground. Plutonic rocks are also called as intrusive rocks as they are formed inside the earth's crust.
Volcanic activity leads to the rise of plutonic rocks. When the molten magma cools down inside the volcano, plutonic rocks will be formed.
Examples: Granite, Gabbro, and Granodiorite.
