How is potential drop related to resistance when resistors are arranged in series and when arranged in parallel ?

Since ohms law applies to both series and parallel connection of resistors potential is always proportional to resistance.....

When connected in paralle it's potential difference change in all the resistance.

whereas when it is arranged in parallel it's potential difference remains same across each end of resistor.
