Poverty line is decided if any person is deprived of the following things-

✔1. Basic needs
✔2. Sanitation
✔3. Housing facilities
✔4. Food
✔5. Pure drinking water
✔6. Employment
✔7. Education

If the person is deprived of any of these needs then he/she is said to be poor. And then he comes under poverty line.
