1. the union list : then union list consists of the defence, army etc. of the country. the union government can only make laws of the things mentioned in the union list.....
2. state list : this includes police , forest etc of a state. the state government can only create laws mentioned in the state list.........
3. concurrent list : the things which is acceptible by both the union government and state government.it include mariage, adoption etc...
if both the government make laws which conflicts, then the law made by the union government will prevail..........
4. decentralisation : when the power is taken away from the union and state government and given to the local government, it is called as decentralisation...........
