Power is distributed in the schools in both the staff and student body.
The principal heads the school and the Supervisors and Head of section are subordinate to the Principal and supervise the work of the teachers. The teachers work under them and supervise the class learning.
Power sharing is also there in the student body. The students elect their prefect who participate in house activities and are headed by the House Captain.
Schools also have a body called the Student Council headed by the Student Council 'President'. It organizes and hosts events.
In each class a class Monitor is chosen and changes every month.
In this way power is shared among different sections of the school and each have their own rights and responsibilities.
