The food is transported by the transportation of food through all parts such as leaves, stem, roots etc by the conducting tissue - xylem and phloem.

Answer:

Through Xylem and Phloem.

Explanation:

Water transported by xylem diffuses into phloem, where it mixes with food and makes a glucose solution. This solution then diffuses to all parts of the plants body where the food is absorbed and water diffuses back in to the xylem. This is an energy consuming process. It is also called a two way traffic. This is known as translocation of food.
