Hey friend,

Your answer is here:----

During multiplication phase of oogenesis, Oogonia cells start dividing and these are called primary oocytes.

Then, in Growth phase, each primary oocyte gets surrounded by a layer of granulosa cells. These are known as Primary follicles.

Then these are again surrounded by a thick layer of granulosa cells and now these are called secondary follicles.

Then converted into tertiary follicles, during maturation phase.

The primary oocytes within the tertiary follicles grows in size and completes its first meiotic division to form a large, haploid, secondary oocyte and a tiny first polar body.
The tertiary follicle changes into a mature follicle ------graafian follicle--------which ruptures to release the secondary oocyte from the ovary by a process called ovulation.

Hope it will help you!!
Thanks!!
