Eukaryotic cell contains only one nucleus whereas prokaryotic cell doesn't contain any nucleus. Eukaryotic cell contains more than 1 chromosomes whereas prokaryotic cell contains one chromosome but not real chromosome.
ex for eukaryotic cell animal and plants whereas ex are bacteria and archea.
