puberty occurs in girls at the age of 10 - 14 . puberty occurs due the hormonal changes in the body and also because of sexual maturation. the girl experience changes like development of mammary glands , growing of public hair, acne, widening of pelvic region , onset of menstruation etc. sanitary pads are used for maintaining the proper cleanliness of a girl due to the flow of blood, during menstrual cycle . Endometrium layer is discharged out of the vagina which is enriched with blood clots.
