Refraction is different from reflection.
The return of light after striking a surface into the same is called reflection whereas the change in direction of the path of light when it passes from one medium to another.
Laws of refraction of light:
1. The incident ray, the refracted ray and the normal at the point of incidence, all lie in the same plane.
2. The ratio of sin of the angle of incidence to the sin of the angle of refraction is constant.

QUESTION-
Laws of refection.
ANSWER-
The first law of reflection is related the rays of light i.e incident ray and reflected ray
The incident ray, the reflected ray as well as the normal to the mirror's surface lie in the same plane.
The second law of reflection is related to the angles the rays make with the surface of the object.
The with respect to the normal of the surface of the mirror.
