Regular growth of population is one of the major causes of poverty because:
1. When the population increases the limited resources have to be shared amongst more people.
2. Job opportunities are not sufficient for the increased number of job seekers.
3. More food and money is required to meet the increased needs and demands.
4. The poor people who have large families cannot provide education or vocational training to their children so they do not get good jobs. They have to live in poverty.

Regular increasing of population is also increasing the rate of poverty due to various reasons.
The main resources of the particular area don't increase as the increase in the population which causes the increase in poverty as the increase demand also increase the rate inflation.
Also the more the children a family has , the more will be the difficult to feed them and fulfill their basic necessities so the poverty rises up.
The increase population also need the education to get the good jobs but that don't go well as opportunities for the jobs are low. and also increase the competition for jobs
Overall population causes unbalanced supply and demand resulting in poverty.
