How is respiration different from breathing???

breathing is a physical process when you inhale and exhale air in and out of your lungs.
respiration is a chemical reaction where oxygen is used to breakdown glucose in order to generate energy which is then used by cell to perform various functions.

Respiration is a process in which oxygen is completely oxidised by the cells. Breathing is not the complete process it is just the exhale and inhale of air
