Sclerenchyma is a dead tissue whereas parenchyma is a living tissue .
sclerenchyma tissue cells are very strong. Ex:- Coconut.
Parenchyma tissue are of 3 types Arenchyma, Chlorenchyma ,etc.

PARENCHYMA cells have thin primary walls and usually remains alive after the become mature......
SCLERENCHYMA cells have thick lignified secondary walls and often die when mature.
