Sea water is very useful to us as it has the biological and chemical applications.
Some of its uses are -
☆ From the sea water, a water can be taken to generate the electricity (hydro electricity).
☆ Sea water is the major source of many minerals which are very important in our day to day life. For example, Arabian sea of India has the Petroleum mines from where petroleum for fuel used to come.
☆ Biologically, it helps in maintaining the marine life. It provides the life to the vast number of the species.
☆ Rainfall which is called as monsoon in India is due to the high pressure in the sea. If there will be no sea water then no rainfall will come. As a result there would be no existence of life.
