In India, a very broad set of heterogeneous people and groups call themselves secular each with different agendas, but they all really have only one thing in common. They fear a united, caste-free, Hinduism-aligned society , and its implications. All talk of secularism is really about going to any lengths to prevent this from happening.

In the US and France , secularism is about ‘separation of the church from the state’, i.e US or France Congress will not make laws that favour one religion over another.

secularism the government cannot discriminate against other religion  the religious practice is differ from ours religion  Same like France also
