The map is a bad example for children because the children are very poor and they haven't sufficient teachers and books..they are unhappy...they are weak...they are not getting proper food and shelter. so map is a bad example for children.

Answer:
The poet calls the portrait of Shakespeare wicked because it is meaningless for children going to a slum school. There is no quality education in such schools. The children here will never learn about Shakespeare's works. Similarly, the map is a bad example because the slum children will never see the world depicted in the map.
