how is sodium hydrogen carbonate a diffrent from a mixture of NH4Cl and NaHco3

the process is as follows ...
CaCO3 --------- CaO+ CO2 (by heating )
CaO + NH3+h2o-----NH4HCO3
NH4HCO3 + NaCl--------NaHCO3+NH4Cl
Then heat NaHCO3 as
NaHCO3 ------ Na2CO3 +.CO2 + H2O
