Answer :

Soil is formed with many organic substances. Such as the dumped waste (includes – The packet of lays) is dumped over millions and millions of years. Soil is also formed when dead and decay plants and animals are dumped over millions of years. Formation of soil depend upon the land. If the land is not capable of forming quality soil. Then, soil will be there but 'soil can't be used for growing any plant, vegetable and fruits there. Because, it will be considered as Barren land. Barren land simply meant that "nothing will grow on that land"_.
