Supreme Court in the highest court in India. It is apex body to interpret the law and Constitution.
It has writ jurisdiction under Article 32 of Constitution to protect the Fundamental rights of citizens of India. Through various writs/directions Supreme Court can declare a law enacted by legislature as null and void if in case such law is in violation of fundamental rights of people
