It is because Ohm’s law is not applicable for non-linear device and it is only applicable for linear device where it doesn’t depends on applied voltage.

In semiconductor resistance depends on applied voltage and graph of voltage and current for semiconductor is a curved where as for Ohm’s law it is a straight line.

Resistance for diode always changes with applied amplitude of voltage so its resistance is not fixed and this property of semiconductor makes not to follow ohm’s law.
