the amount of urine produced is regulated by nephrons as they will re-filter if water content is more in urine collected and sends water to blood stream and urine to bladder.

♤ The kidney is equipped with a mechanism to reabsord water from the filtrate.

♤ This depend upon on how much water is left in the body and in the in filtrate.

♤ The comparative concentration of water gives a signal to the brain which then takes the required corrective action or either reabsorbing water or releasing more water.

♤ Thus the amount of urine for formation is regulated by kidneys.
