In 9 days 58 shirts are on average was stitched.
so,sum of total shirts on 9 days =9 ×58=522
by 10th day average should be 61.
Hence ,total sum =61×10=610
shirt to be stitched on 10th day =610-522
=88

Pipe B can fill the same tank 10 times faster than pipe A --> the rate of B = 1/15 + 10/15 = 11/15 tank/minute.

Their combined rate = 1/15 + 11/15 = 12/15 = 4/5tank/minute;

Therefore, A and B can fill the tank in 4/5 minutes.
