The beauty of the Daffodils is compared to the stars in the sky . The words such as a 'fluttering' and 'dancing' very aptly describe the quick, light and graceful movement of the flowers that shows the beauty in this poem

The speaker of the poem compares the daffodils to many things of nature.

He then goes on to say that the daffodils give him comfort and joy.

He then says that it is incomparable to anything of nature.

The speaker says that he was very sad in the beginning but the daffodils made him very happy and that he will keep this memory with him forever and use it whenever he is sad.
